01 Introduction

The PVC Centralized feeding system is specially designed for the conveying of PVC product powder materials. High-precision metering: Adopting Mettler-Toledo weight sensor and screw technology, it has high dynamic accuracy, supports separate metering of main and auxiliary materials and secondary error compensation, has higher accuracy, eliminates manual errors, and adapts to complex formula requirements;

High-efficiency mixing technology: high-speed hot mixer plus horizontal cold mixer combination, precise adjustment of temperature, speed and mixing time, improved material uniformity, increased thermal energy utilization, meeting continuous production needs;

Intelligent conveying system: supports negative pressure conveying and spiral conveying, suitable for small packages/ton bags of raw materials to enter the warehouse, fully enclosed design, greatly reduces dust spillage, adapts to different process requirements, reduces labor costs and improves the overall workshop environment.

Environmentally friendly dust removal design: adopts high-performance filter element and pulse cleaning function, with high dust collection efficiency, in line with industry environmental protection standards, and avoids secondary pollution;

Modular and flexible configuration: Stainless steel raw material silos, loading platforms and other components are customized according to the layout of the plant. 03 Component

Material collection system: ton bag unloading station, small bag material feeding bin, pneumatic conveying device, to achieve efficient storage of ton bag materials and small bag materials, and realize continuous feeding;

Weighing batching system: independent measurement of main and auxiliary materials, equipped with secondary compensation technology, high dynamic accuracy, suitable for small material formula machines, for small proportion components such as masterbatches and additives, while taking into account the participation of liquid materials;

Mixing unit: high-speed hot mixer and horizontal cold mixer, fully automatic adjustment of temperature and other process parameters to ensure material uniformity and stability;

Conveying system: vacuum feeder. Screw conveyor, connecting to extruder, granulator and other downstream equipment;

Dust removal and control system: balanced dust removal unit, integrated control cabinet and human-machine interface, supporting remote monitoring, diagnosis and production data cloud management;

Auxiliary equipment: stainless steel silo, feeding platform, anti-bridging device and switching valve to ensure long-term stable operation of the system.
