Plastic poses a great threat to environmental pollution and is difficult to be recycled. China is faced with the contradiction of large amount of waste plastic and low recovery rate. Among them, the proportion of effective, high-quality and environmentally friendly recycling is lower, and there is a lack of convenient and economic large-scale environmental recycling methods in the market.

1. Recycled PS plastics
Because PS has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and not easy to decompose, a large number of PS, especially disposable EPS packaging, are carelessly discarded by people and caused by pollution, forming a "white pollution".
The recycling and utilization of PS not only meets the requirements of China's basic national policy of environmental protection and resource conservation, but also makes full use of its intrinsic value to realize circular economy.
Downstream applications of recycled PS plastic mainly include building materials (mainly building insulation boards and baseboards), photo frames, picture frames, picture frames, sole materials, advertising boards, toys and other injection products, etc.

Recycled PET plastic
PET products are mostly disposable consumer goods, followed by a large number of waste PET materials.
Waste PET materials are not easy to be degraded by air or microorganisms in a short time, occupying a large amount of space, resulting in environmental pollution and visual pollution.
Recycling and regeneration of discarded PET has become people's choice. Regenerative PET is only slightly inferior to original PET in gloss, and the rest performance is not different. The growth mode of PET industry completely relying on the expansion of original PET capacity will be transformed, and the renewable PET market has a broad prospect.
Downstream applications of recycled PET mainly include packaging boxes, beverage bottles, textile and clothing, etc.
Downstream industry applications are mainly for daily consumer goods, and recycled PET has the characteristics of low end surplus and high end supply shortage.
3. Recycled PVC
PVC recycled material has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, light weight, insulation performance, high strength, easy processing, corrosion resistance and so on.
Widely used in various fields, such as construction, pipe, electronic appliances, automotive industry, packaging and other fields.
The application of PVC recycled material has great advantages, especially in the field of pipe, but its recycling process has certain limitations, indoor use of old material is equal to new material;
And outdoor PVC has no recycling value.
4. The recycled HDPE
HDPE is most used in packaging film and various containers, such as food containers, milk bottles and so on.
Because the bottles and containers are easy to collect, so the recycling rate of this kind of products is also very good, HDPE recycling technology is quite mature in China.
The market of HDPE recycled material is very large, but the recycled material will lead to the deterioration of product performance, so at present, HDPE recycled material almost need not be used in food packaging.
5. Recycled ABS plastic
ABS recycled material has good comprehensive performance and is widely used. It is commonly used as engineering plastics, which is used in electrical cases, TV cases, instrument cases, car panels, decorative materials and so on.
6. Recycled PP plastics
PP recycled material is polypropylene recycled material, polypropylene material used once again, after the thermal extrusion granulator recycling machine, PP recycled material can be used as raw material again.
Five, the status of the industry
The significant characteristics of China's renewable plastics industry are that the scale of enterprises is generally small, mainly family workshops, the use of extensive and simple technology, weak awareness of environmental protection, most small enterprises are not enough technical input, the treatment of renewable plastics technology is still mainly manual and old equipment, the technical level of the industry is generally not high.
Family workshops recycle goods of different quality levels, old production equipment, direct emissions of pollution, resulting in secondary pollution of the environment, at the same time, the quality of their production of recycled plastic products is poor, mainly for low-end market.
In general, there are few large and medium-sized enterprises with economies of scale in the field of domestic renewable plastics, and the industry competition pattern is scattered, so there is a certain gap in the supply of this field.
It is worth mentioning that with the issuance of the ban on waste in the plastic industry, many enterprises can no longer import waste plastics from abroad, so domestic enterprises transfer their production capacity to overseas, in this respect, to reduce the direct material cost.
