Including 4600 tons/year of high hydroxyl silicone MQ resin products, 3000 tons/year of low hydroxyl silicone MQ resin products, 2400 tons/year of vinyl silicone MQ resin products, 1500 tons/year of BPO pressure-sensitive adhesive, 3500 tons/year of platinum high viscosity pressure-sensitive adhesive.

5000 tons/year electronic packaging group silicone derivatives product unit

3000 tons/year electronic group product unit: 912 tons/year adhesive, 1908 tons/year potting adhesive, 96 tons/year coating adhesive, 84 tons/year thermal management materials;

2000 tons/year Packaging group product unit: 831 tons/year release agent, 1169 tons/year pressure sensitive adhesive.

Project background

According to introduction, in recent years, silicone resin because of excellent oxidation resistance and heat and weather resistance, is widely used in paint, adhesives and silicone plastic mold and other fields. With the development of economy and the continuous expansion of the application field of silicone, the global silicone market has been developing at a speed higher than the economic growth. According to the National Silicon Industry Green Development Strategic Alliance (SAGSI), despite the impact of COVID-19, the total consumption of silicone resin in major regions of the world increased by 0.5% to 7800 tons per year in 2020.

Different from the stable demand of silicone resin in Europe and the United States and other regions, in recent years, with the rapid development of domestic construction materials, electronics and electrical and medical and health industries, China's demand for silicone resin has also begun to achieve steady growth, especially in the increase of high-end silicone resin imports.
